Senior Performance Marketing Manager

As an ambitious, data-driven marketing professional with specialist knowledge in e-commerce platforms, in particular Amazon, Ocado and eBay, you will build rapport with stakeholders, deliver actionable feedback and provide recommendations for channel improvement and optimisation.

As a thought leader in the industry, with a commercial mindset, you will strategize, lead and deliver growth projects and manage an annual advertising spend of £1.5m+.

As a team leader and manager, you will have sole responsibility for building and managing the Performance Marketing team.

Detailed Responsibilities
  • Leading the performance marketing division. You will report directly to the MD and will play a pivotal role within the company to help us achieve our growth ambitions as we scale. We currently have a Performance Marketing Manager working on DSP and AMS and anticipate scaling the team.
  • Developing our marketplace strategy playbook and team performance including: Amazon Advertising and DSP eBay PPC, Promoted Posts Advanced, Google Adwords – driving traffic to Amazon Listings, Amazon Attribution – of social media acquisition channels
  • Developing other marketplaces such as Walmart and Ocado Citrus Ads
  • Managing and being responsible for the global P&L for Performance Marketing

Junior E-commerce Content Executive

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for launching and maintaining product listing content on the world’s leading online marketplaces e.g. Amazon and eBay. You’ll undergo auditing, listing enhancement and optimisation of product catalogues, keeping listings pixel-perfect and amplifying clients’ sales!

The ideal candidate should have an active interest in digital marketing and enjoy problem-solving and working in a process-driven yet creative, fast-past environment.

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious and is keen to grow with us – if successful in this position you’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills and, as an Amazon Advertising partner, you will be required to pass relevant certifications.

  • Responsible for the launch of new content to brands’ product listings on the world’s leading marketplaces – including the preparation of content and upload
  • Editing and maintaining live product listings to ensure they’re up-to-date and performing their best at all times
  • Day-to-day monitoring of listings and online sales data to proactively identify issues and seek out new opportunities
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly checks on client accounts e.g. Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor, eBay
  • Content auditing to review account and listing quality e.g. product titles, bullet points, descriptions, videos, keywords and other product details as e-commerce best practice changes/to assist in strategic planning
  • Maintain, update and build enhanced brand content on marketplaces e.g. Stores, A+, Brand Stories and more – on and off Amazon!
  • Editing photography and design content e.g. artworking amends, resizing/enhancing and uploading visuals in line with best practices to improve the visual appearance of listings and increase conversion rates

Responsibilities include:

The Client Services Manager position is pivotal in the delivery of services to a portfolio of marketplace amp’s clients. You will oversee multiple accounts, anticipate and manage the resolution of operational issues and lead and drive growth strategies. You’re a confident and engaging presenter and love nothing more than presenting and pitching in new ideas, selling in services and liaising with your clients.

You’ll be supported by our team of account executives and collaborate internally with our Sales, Operations and Content teams with onboarding new clients and solution adoption, and to develop growth strategies for their businesses.

  • Working cross-functionally to deliver services in the agreed time frame and according to client expectations

Here at marketplace amp, we’re on the hunt for an uber-talented PPC Executive with a real thirst for e-commerce! A brilliant opportunity for a proactive and driven individual!

The PPC Executive will be a key member of the Operations team and will work closely with the agency’s Performance Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting day to day running of Paid Search and shopping: including daily reporting, and daily account checks

As a junior designer at marketplace amp, you’ll be an ambitious and creative individual who is keen to create great designs and visuals that engage shoppers online, empowering them to buy our clients’ products on the world’s leading marketplaces! 

You’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining a range of product-focused images for e-commerce sites to help AMPlify our clients’ sales. Alongside this, you’ll be helping your Senior Designer by pitching in creative ideas to help drive online sales on a variety of platforms and supporting clients with their UX experience too.

In this role you’ll be a key member of the Content Team, directly reporting to our Senior Designer.

  • Creating, preparing, proofing and checking artwork; working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working on projects with the Senior Designer to produce unique design executions across all online collateral including homepages, landing pages, editorial features, newsletters, video, blogs, social media, banners, product images and translate to mobile and tablet format
  • Able to undertake editing, colour correcting, cropping, retouching and adding photo effects to images
