Client Services Manager

The Client Services Manager position is pivotal in the delivery of services to a portfolio of marketplace amp’s clients. You will oversee multiple accounts, anticipate and manage the resolution of operational issues and lead and drive growth strategies. You’re a confident and engaging presenter and love nothing more than presenting and pitching in new ideas, selling in services and liaising with your clients.

You’ll be supported by our team of account executives and collaborate internally with our Sales, Operations and Content teams with onboarding new clients and solution adoption, and to develop growth strategies for their businesses.

Responsibilities include:
  • Working cross-functionally to deliver services in the agreed time frame and according to client expectations
  • Understanding client roadmaps and ensuring needs are anticipated / opportunities are identified
  • Responsible for owning and resolving a wide range of requests and account issues
  • Independently proposes, develops and leads cross-functional solutions to solve client requests 
  • Responsible for client satisfaction for a portfolio of clients measured via client surveys and other methodology
  • Understanding contractual agreements. Promoting and ensuring contract adherence
  • Managing client meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Degree level qualification, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts and e-commerce strategies, including Amazon and eBay
  • Experience in a senior level CSM equivalent role
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise at any one time as issues arise
  • Commercially aware and able to chase KPI targets as part of a team
  • Highly organised, with attention to detail and a dedication to resolving issues
  • Able to plan, execute and manage high volumes of work
  • Requires a high level of analysis, judgment, negotiation and problem-solving skills

PPC Executive

Here at marketplace amp, we’re on the hunt for an uber-talented PPC Executive with a real thirst for e-commerce! A brilliant opportunity for a proactive and driven individual!

The PPC Executive will be a key member of the Operations team and will work closely with the agency’s Performance Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting day to day running of Paid Search and shopping: including daily reporting, and daily account checks
  • Managing daily spend through manual, automated and machine learning led optimisation, in line with targets and monthly budgets
  • Creating and structuring advertising Campaigns
  • Performing keyword research
  • Optimising existing campaigns for ROI
  • Performance reporting & data analysis
  • Monitoring and optimising campaign spending, keyword bids, negative keywords and campaign targeting
  • Measuring and reporting on the progress of PPC campaigns A-B testing ads
  • Degree level qualification, or equivalent experience
  • A basic understanding of core concepts e.g match types, customer journeys, application of negative keywords and bids
  • Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills (in writing and in-person)
  • Awesome problem-solving skills
  • A team player mentality!
  • An analytical mind, able to process and understand data
  • Intermediate (or higher!) excel skills
  • (Ideally) experience in running Googles ads, Bing or Amazon

e-commerce account executive

If you have at least two years’ experience within the paid search environment/e-commerce/Amazon/eBay market, ideally within the retail industry, working with large budgets in a target-driven environment, then what are you waiting for, we have a role for you!

Do you have an:
  • Outstanding ability to think analytically, identify and resolve problems?
  • Ability to multitask, keen organisation skills and good with numbers?
  • Ambitious and entrepreneurial mind, motivated and driven by high growth within the online retail industry?
  • A degree (or equivalent) in a marketing/e-commerce-related field?
  • At least 2 years’ experience within the paid search environment/e-commerce/Amazon market, ideally within the retail industry, working with large budgets in a target-driven environment?
  • An awesome track record of managing AdWords, Amazon Sponsored and social campaigns?
  • Outstanding proficiency in Excel, think functions, formulas and tables?
  • Ability to think outside of the box and implement creative thinking when faced with a problem to identify the issues and present solutions
