Everybody knows that Black Friday is the day to buy the items you need, want or just look at because of the vast amount of deals available on the day. Last year, $5.03 billion was spent on Black Friday, with the UK bringing in £1.4 billion in sales. 2016 saw a decrease in foot traffic to shopping centres and retail parks, down by 3.6%, whilst Amazon was raking in 54% of all Black Friday transactions!

Black Friday isn’t the only big day during this period, Cyber Monday is an even bigger contender. Is your business prepared for this?
