We’re delighted to announce we’ve appointed a new Non Executive Director, Jo Vertigan.
Jo is the Chairman of the Cambridge Norwich Tech Corridor Delivery Board and brings with him a wealth of commercial experience.
He structured the first Sony UK and Amazon global trading agreement in 2001 as well as previously running Sony UK’s e-commerce business, which grew to be the largest in Europe. In addition, Jo is currently working with a number of high-profile public and private organisations supporting their digital capabilities and strategic direction.
Marketplace AMP’s Commercial Director, Matt Anderson, said: “Jo’s knowledge makes him a strong addition to the agency, sharing our vision of how technology will influence consumer buying habits. He is a highly respected international digital consultant with deep expertise in e-commerce and emerging technology.
“Jo’s experience with working on high growth digital solutions strengthens the existing skill set of the Board and he joins us at a pivotal time where we are launching our new Alexa Skills division, offering clients Voice Strategy and UX design and Skills Marketing.”

The Suffolk-based agency is currently launching a recruitment drive and is looking to double in size by 2020. The 10-strong team based in the UK are supported by multilingual teams based in France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
