Introducing two new AMPed recruits

Estimated reading time: 2 minutes

We are AMPed to introduce you to our two newest members of the team — Bilal Goni, Senior E-Commerce Account Executive and Matthew Fleur, Data Analyst. The new recruits come at an exciting time for us, having recently won major contracts with leading household names including Fybogel, Beauty Kitchen, Lindens Health + Nutrition and The Flava People.

Bilal joins the team after spending several years amplifying sales on Amazon as the E-Commerce Marketing Executive for brands Hikvision, LifeSmart, and Foscam at TrueTech Distribution Ltd. He will now bring his expertise to the amp team managing account listings, conducting market and competitor research and ad performance management.

Matthew, an Economics graduate from the University of East Anglia, joins as Data Analyst responsible for analysing data across Amazon, eBay, Google and e-commerce sites and providing strategic insights and advice into our clients’ e-commerce growth potential.

“We’re delighted that we have been able to grow as a company over the year winning several new accounts and recruiting new team members, as unprecedented as it’s been. Bilal and Matthew come with expertise that will play a key role in creating and implementing strategies that help our clients maximise online revenue growth and increase sales faster than their competitors.”

– AJAY VISANA, E-COMMERCE MANAGER

With 61% of consumers saying they’ll continue spending more online once the pandemic ends, the years ahead are set to be a time of high growth for our clients. We’re launching another recruitment drive in January to headhunt the most talented e-commerce experts to join our team and help accelerate our clients’ sales. Find out more about our open positions here or send us your CV today!

With the growth of the team, comes a new place from us to call home. Having outgrown our premises in Bury St. Edmunds, we have relocated to The Bradfield Centre in Cambridge.
